A Triple win for Students, Organizations, and Communities
The Government of Alberta, in collaboration with Volunteer Alberta, is excited to introduce the Serving Communities Internship Program. SCiP aims to build stronger communities and stronger leaders in Alberta, while simultaneously increasing organizational capacity, by engaging post-secondary students in the nonprofit/voluntary sector.
Through internships across the province, post-secondary students are provided with important opportunities to develop their specialized skills, gain meaningful work experience, and advance their understanding of the nonprofit/voluntary sector.
